2. Go to line 192
3. Replace code

Do you use any addons that change the NPC names (for example - RuESO, etc)?
Yes, I use RuESO and I see in "RuESO\data\npc.lua" string:
= "Remains-Silent",
All NPC names in this file are in lower register.
Not sure if changing the case of initial letters should affect the result.

Apparently, there was a strange bug...

Apparently, there was a strange bug.
After all the characters received supplies from a Shadowy Supplier, the addon window showed that they didn't receive it.
However, a few hours after starting the game again, logging into each character would update the Shadowy Supplier timer for that character with the correct time.
