 Skyshard pin textures

I can hover over where a pin is supposed to be and see the text saying there's a skyshard there, but I can't actually see the pins. I've reinstalled the mod, the game, I deleted the Shader.cooked file so it could redownload, and still have the same issue. Any ideas on how to fix?
