Ability to Continue to Display Widgets After Effect Expires

Hi there. Could we get an option for widgets to always be on-screen, even after their effects expire, so that we know that they need to be refreshed? It's kind of difficult to be able to look at a list of 10-15 different buffs and tell which buff is missing. I don't know LUA, but using my novice-level programming knowledge I was a...
