 housing Hub messing with other addons

I have an issue with UI elements staying visible when using the ingame Hide UI button.
the elements that remain on screen are from other addons
Srendarr
LUI Extended (Unit frames)
after painstaking Trial and error I found that Housing Hub addon is what is causing the others to be impacted by the Hide UI bug.

Srendarr remains visible after Hide UI

not sure when it started but trying to take a screen shot using the in game HideUI feature but Srendarr now stays visible.
This did not used to happen in the past,
I can hide Srendarr directly with the srendarr setting but this is a double up.
**Edit: I have tracked down another addon causing the conflict.

Unit frames stay visible after Hiding UI

Not sure when it started but currently (Gold Road Release) when using the ingame Hide UI function, Lui Unit Frames and info Panel stay visible.
can anyone validate this?
**Edit: I have tracked down another addon causing the conflict.
Housing Hub.
once deactivated Hide UI works as expected.

Interaction wheel while in combat

Wanted to report an issue where My interaction wheel "F" is still active when in combat if the addon is installed.
This causes all sorts of issues when trying to Res somebody. I have narrowed it down to this addon, and when I disable it the wheel stops being active in combat.
