 pvp - keep links + keep pins

I've noticed after the last few patches that the keep links and pins are missing while in Cyrodiil (I'm in my Home Campaign by the way). I checked all the settings including Hide PvP Pins which is checked off. I feel like I'm missing something but I'm not sure what.
