place "--" where the line numbers 17.18.19/55.56.57/94.95.96 are
dont write the numbers
if you dont have a lua editor use notepad and look at the text
the file is IIAsceneFuncs.lua
after that it works again for me

I fixed it by commenting out the 3 if..end conditions that call quickslots. It is not at all elegant, but it works. It also doesn't seem to impair any functionality that I can see.
File is = 'IIfASceneFuncs.lua"
Comment lines = 17,18,19

It is brute force...
