I can confirm that I am having the same problem. RA is setup (all crafting by a single character, clothing and blacksmithing split turned on). RA icons are appearing. Confirmed RA property is set to researchable (viewed in zgoo). Auto Mark as Researchable is not working in FCO Icon Saver. I have to manually flag them as Reserve...
