I tried to recreate the initial error by using the first savedVariables.lua (the one I turned into SavedVariables.lua.backup) and Loaded the game. I enabled the "Addon" UI in the PP settings, reloaded UI and received no errors. From now on, I will continue to use this file and wait and see if the error comes back.

Thank you for your direction Baertram! I followed your steps and everything is working just fine now, no errors!
You were right about the error appearing as I logged into the game, I did have the required Libs enabled as well but did not have any other Libs that I didn't need.
