Stolen items-count bugged

Hi, For some reason, the stolen items-count seems to not register if you are accosted by a guard and you hand over stolen items. I accidentially picked 2 pcs of meat at a guild vendor in grathwood and was halted by a guard immediately after. I handed over the stolen items, but the count didn't go down?? The map pins for the crafting stations is bugged and will have the undiscovered and discovered pins active simultaniusly. This additional pin shows you info about crafting station.
