 Cool addon but not exaclty what I would install

Hi,
I love the idea of this add on.
Would you be able to make an add-on that changes all of my outgoing chat to kjhajit speak?
When I am on khasjit I want everything to sound like it but I do not speech the language.
Example:
Someone in guild asks for people interested in doing a dungeon.
I type (in guild channel)
Me...
