Is there any plan to complete the Main Quests Only guides for the remaining zones? In the meantime, my suggestion is to simply hotkey the skip-to-next-step and then just use a website like https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Daggerfall_Covenant#Quest_Map to pick and choose which quests you do. I'm working on adding tools to the addon that will assist guide writers/editors. For now, I just wanted to share this full list of all achievement IDs (with names and descriptions).
