 How to Load based only on an equipped set?

I'm trying to track Relequen's harmful winds (107203), I was able to find the event id with event viewer but I'd like the tracker to only show up when I have the 5 piece set equipped. What should I enter where it says Item Sets in the Load section of the config? Is it a 6 digit item ID like the event ids? If so where do I get the...

Health/stam/mag bars disappear some...

Health/stam/mag bars disappear sometimes and you have to go to settings>bandits to get them to reappear. Doesn't happen with the curved bars though
