Keybinds "Select Chat Tab [1..12]" not working

The "Select Chat Tab" keybinds are inoperative in rChat 45, including when disabling all addons except rchat, rchatdata, LAM2, LibMediaProvider-1.0, and LibSFUtils. They function in rChat 43 (was not able to find 44).

UI errors in 27.7 -- Regression from 27.5

Edit: Porter, I noticed you're getting UI errors with 27.7 as well. Do yours match mine?
