The newest version 3.1.19 gets stuck in Minion and won't fully update.
guess, this is why it wont update
The latest version of this file is currently awaiting approval from a file admin. You can download a previous (older) version from the archive.

Great addon.
Your addon v 1.41 has added a dependency for DariansUtilities, which do not appear available in ESOUI/Minion.
you can install combat aura's , then itr works, i switched that addon off
