That's built-in to the game. Settings -> Gameplay -> Combat Cue's Nah, it's not that. This was like a big green text which says Dodge now! Like the combat tips in Settings -> Interface but bigger and better

Unfortunately its not Miat's CC tracker. Hm, I was quite sure it was this addon cuz when I turned it off, the notifications disappeared. Anyway thanks and sorry for disturbing :)
