 Addon seems out of date

Hey there! Seems this addon may be out of date. I am back to where I was before having issues with light attacks going off AFTER I do a skill or just not going off at all. I have high ping so it is easy for me to tell if an addon like this isn't working. In a recent parse I had a 110/200 LA/skill ratio just to test it out
