No Essential Housing Community for Mac?

After updating EHT to most recent version, the Essential Housing Community App is not working. Is there no install file for the Mac? I see .exe but nothing else. The Mac install video is outdated and not helpful at all unfortunately. :(

Hide Grass no working

Hi! Since one of the recent updates, Hide Grass seems to not work for me anymore. I've tried reinstalling eht but that did not seem to fix the issue. All other global effects work. It's driving me crazy, please help. Thanks! :)
