 Furniture updating causing my game crash

For the last 2 days, while furniture that I'm moving is updating, the game stops and I get booted. It only happens while I'm working with EHT in my house. I'm doing holiday builds, so it's happening a lot. I've re-booted my PC twice yesterday. Just got on game today and it a happened again right away. Please advise.
