Apparently the HarvestMap.lua was corrupt. I had a save from a couple of months back. I replaced the existing lua with the save and the nodes now show.
I may not have more recent nodes showing now. But I do have ones showing now so I don't have to rediscover them.
Nodes still do not show on map after updating harvest map to...
