Hmm, it really is. I haven't heard of anyone else with these issues, so it might be something specific to your computer.
From waht I can tell, the error might only happen if the data is corrupted in some way.

Do you have any information when it appeared and what kind of fight you tried to save?
Can you also check that you have LibCombat installed with the newest version?
CM cannot be opened ingame. It doesn't work at all. Problem occurred after I updated the addons. LibCombat is AddOnVersion: 24...
