thank you for the update! i've only recently come back to eso after a couple year break, i've seen people say the 20hr cooldown on container motifs started with southern eslweyr, but ICT doesn't track those bags. was it disproven for southern elsweyr?

Hello, I'm not sure if I've missed this information be presented elsewhere and have missed it, but i looted a motif from a psijic portal and the mod put the motif on cooldown, is this correct? are psijic portals etc considered in the same loot pool for motif cooldown timers as daily container rewards?
