@michael_evg - Should be fixed in the latest version. Apparently some icons use transparency and others don't, so the border needs to extend very slightly beyond the edge of the icon in order to show for those that don't. Logic was updated in a way that doesn't change the overall presentation size, so it won't effect spacing.

The new border function seem to work on all my active cooldowns except for 1 always. It changes when I select the option on or off so It's not linked to a specific skill. That might be a "me" issue I don't know.

@AbominatorXXL - No, you don't need to set up any custom tracker for it. It should show in cooldown tracking and cooldown action bar automatically. I was just on the PTS and verified it was working normally, showing in cooldowns after a proc when blocking an attack, and the cooldown action bar going into a countdown timer as expected...

@AbominatorXXL - I re-uploaded without version change, should fix Turning Tide which now appears to require Srendarr's custom aura tracking to show. All it needed was a simple number changed from a 0 to a 1 to work again. :)
Something you might try with the old aura for Spaulders of Ruin getting stuck is check your prominent assig...

See if MM 3.7.65 helps. If not can you provide a screen shot? I don't mind tweaking the location a bit but I'm not going to nitpick about it too much though. The goal is that it's at the base of the column and not off the edge of the screen.
