 Filling directions player attribute bars

Hi there,
I'm having trouble changing the "Fill direction" option in the attribute bars. Whenever I try to modify it, nothing seems to happen, I thinks it’s disabled. Can you please let me know why this is occurring and if there is a way to fix it?
