how do i get to the setup

hi, i'm a new player and downloaded this ui. the you tube guides on this ui show users going to a setup screen. however all i have access to in the addon menu is select the UI and reload UI. there is no option to get to the setup menu. is there a command i can type to get to it? /auisettings or something? the only addon i tried t...
