Problem with U23 patch

Here's the problem.
With U23, when you activate Rapid Maneuvers, Major Expedition only lasts 8 seconds while Major Gallup still lasts 30 seconds. When I use the addon, it reactivates after Major Expedition falls off, when all I want it for is the Major Gallup. Not only is this annoying and costs more resources, but it also greatly...
