Check your Anti Aliasing setting ingame (Settings --> Video). I was messing with my settings the other day and suddenly I had the very same problem. I am using a Geforce RTX 3xxx and found that all settings worked ok except for the Nvidia DLSS, which let the FX world show thru everything. Even 'None' worked ok as well as Nv...
