I've tested it with your settings and somehow the chat message (if I enable it) to show if a set part was marked is telling me it is marked, but the icon was not set properly. The only thig I could imagine would be that you have marked the items with another marker ich already and have the option "check other marker icons" enabled. If not please send me your saved variables filenam FCOItemSaver. Lua so I can check your settings in my game. And please tell me which set item is not marked automatically....

Dood, check your marker icon settings. Your chosen market icon "nirnhorned" is red that means it is disabled! Please enable it in the marker icon settings, dynamic, dynamic x in order to be able to be used!
