Check the description please, especially at "Known incompatibilities!". And always test without any other addon enabled, if it works with the vanilla UI. If it works, it's another addon causing this. Strange issue where "The Elder Bar:Reloaded" disappears from the top of the screen after having opened your inventory. The bar hides when using craft stations, merchants, NPC dialogue etc but always returns when you close the active window - its just pressing "I" to view your inventory makes the bar not return in view when you close...
