 Hp/mag/stam bars dissapearing when using quickslots to change potions

Sorry if this has been reported already on my fone and is a pain in the ass to look through evrything
After playing in battle grounds every time use a quickslot to change potions part of my hi is dissapearing as said in title
I didn't seem to have the problem in overload/main city's or in cyrodiil
I'm at work ATM aswell apo...

is tehre a way to reset MM, i got items with like nearly 400days ago that the items was first sold

not sure if anyone has reported it yet,
but when ever someone walks into daedric mines (sorc ability) an error keeps poping up for each mine that is hit, hope it can be resolved son :)
edit: sorry didnt read the previous comment, a temp fix for it is to delete line 926 in .txt fle
