Is there any setting to enable ability timer tracking on both weapon bars simultaneously on the shift bar, or relocate the main action bar timers? I know the timers are displayed on the skill icon, but it takes some effort to make out the relatively small numbers all the way down at the bottom of the screen on the skillbar itself...
