 Guild 1 always skipped?

I'm in 3 guilds and all have stores. When I try searching it always seems to go straight to guild 2, despite selecting All. I've tried resetting GSS, and I've tried changing guild in guild store UI, but I can't seem to get it to include guild 1 in the search.
Other than that, it works great! SUPER AWESOME. I don't know why they do...

I think it might be because my settings file doesn't have an index for settingsX and settingsY
It has:
