If it doesn't already show up, then no. Quest tracker displays all quest steps, conditions, & hints that are available to us. If the turn in location is not included in those then we have no way of knowing.

1. When icons are laid out horizontally, mousing over them should show a tooltip with the name of that effect. I just can't remember the icon for every effect.

I will look into that option. Still would like the window to automatically resize depending on quantity of quests though, to avoid that whole scroll bar fiasco.
There is no need to go into mouse mode & touch the scroll bar. All you have to do is select the quest you want to see and QuestTracker automatical...

Hmm Maybe i just couldnt find it, but i find it annoying, that the First Quest Category is expanded all the Time.
In My Case it is Cyrodil. So if i close the Category at every Quest Update or Area Change the Category opens again.
Is there a way to fix that ?

2. This leads us to the second problem. So i put some efforts and finally put the title in such a place that the buffs are where i want them to be (not the title, it still moves each time a buff is applied). I'm happy and i hide the title and lock the bar.
