For some reason talking to a banker temporarily breaks the options to skip dialog at regular merchants. Only way to fix it is reloading the UI, then it breaks again every time the banker dialog is opened. I'll be working on it, and I'll modify/correct some other things around the new code that uses LibFilters-3.0...
