Your folder structure looks correct. So did you scroll down in your addon list ingame and check if they are there? Since Elsweyr libraries can be marked by authors so they appear in that section at the bottom.

I just have an issue, that Radiant Oppression (Templar Beam) doesn't seem to work with it: Either no bar appears at all or a CD is shown that is too short for the 1.8s cast time.

Since Elsweyr ZOS changed the API a bit, so heal is split between the "effective" heal (restoring HP) and the excessive, overflowing heal. For now Combat Metrics primarily shows the former.

For me it's not an issue with a specific character, but the heal reporting. Regardless of character, since the patch on the 20th, with all libraries updated, it's showing a fraction of the healing I'm doing, and it seems to only be tracking part of my self healing?
Ex; previously in 'lazy heal mode' I'd do 8-10k healing, with 'hea...

The reason why I'm asking is because I'm as a healer want to keep some of my CP in the blessed tree and just want to optimise the rest, but currently Constellations not allowing that...

I think I did install it when I started playing eso but
for some reason never got to it.
Can you please try deleting CombatMetrics.lua and CombatMetricsFightData.lua from your SavedVariables folder? You have to be logged out to do that, otherwise the game will rewrite the file.

I have a suggestion for you. It would be nice if the "Show Enemy Markers" feature would display a different marker (or perhaps remove the marker) when taunt drops off an enemy.
You're not the first to suggest this. Sadly it's not possible. The only control for those markers I have is to turn them on or off and what icon to display...

The dmg in the recap doesnt add up to killing me.
Comparing it to the ingame recap I usually got one more tick of a dot or even another big hit (bomber on triplets).
