For me it is working as designed. Unknown items get amrked autoamtically, even on my new Necro it worked for everything and stopped to work as I setup RA on the Necro char to use my other main char for smithing etc. and only jewelry on that necro. Works.
Did you check the tooltips of the FCOIS settings and setup ResearchAsssistant...

Why that?
At the PTS all new set items were found even with 30 packages scanned.
Or did I miss some items?
I've increased the packages now just to be save.

Since Elsweyr update the transmutation geodes not showing in consumable/container filter (they now has a "currency container" type)
I don't have any geode. Where are they shown in the bsse game (vanilla UI) without AdvancedFilters now with Elsweyr? Below what normal game filter: Consumables, Miscelaneous, ...?

I encountered the same problems. Reïnstalling LuiExtended didn't work. However, I got it working by uinstalling "Circonians Addon Selector". Haven't used this addon but still had it installed. Deleted the addon, reinstalled LuiExtended and everything worked again.
Hmm that seems strange, afaik Circonian's Addon Selector never had...

K, think I found the problem. The beta version of AF distinguihses even more than normal inventory weapons/armor vs. crafting stations armor/weapons. We got smithing armor and weapons, clothing armor, woodworking armor and weapons, and even retrait armor and weapons...

It's working fine for me on PTS so I'm not sure what's the problem here.
LibLoadedAddons needs to be updated properly and loaded in the ingame addon manager in order to let FCOIS work!
LibStub was removed from LibLoadedAddons, that's all.
If you see it loaded in the ingame addon manager you should be fine....

Not sure about CraftStore though-> AS it only depends on FCOIS it should be fine again now too.

Not sure, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
You can only try to rebuild it with manualy freshly installed addons + libraies (the affected ones) I guess.
Unfortunatly i was not in the game at all when i installed the libs.
