Don't know, maybe after the next major patch. I did test it yesterday, all addons disabled except FCOIS, and filters were still not showing ... I will test again now. EDIT 1: Ok I tested it now and it seems the filters are showing again. Going through addons to see the cuplrit. EDIT 2: It seems Multicraft is the culprit....

Forgot to register the library libFilters in the code, or well, not forgot, but it was at the wrong place due to file split into multiple ones... I disabled all addons except FCO ItemSaver and Craft Bag Extended ( when I disabled Craft Bag Extended the filters were removed from the Craft Bag ). With only those two addons enabled, the filters did not work....
