The "ON"/"OFF" are checkboxes, but just show the checkmark as "ON" and "OFF.
Just took a look and made a screenshot (sorry for the German text. The red surrounded checkbox is turned of "AUS"):

If this setting is turned "OFF" ("AUS") then the automatic switch to a this chat channel is not activated...

Scroll down to the settings where you specify which chat channel (/zone, /group, etc.) is connected to which chat tab (your chat tab Chat, Group, Private messages, etc.).
There are checkboxes above each chat channel section which allows you to enable/disable the chat tab changes for the given chat channel.

The texture folders are all split up into alphabet letters now so the internal size of each folder is not bigger than 10000 entries.
The icon entries are >3600 and >4000 entries, but opening just takes time and will not crash the game anymore.

Settracker and FCOIS worked flawlessly together after the update to version 1.0.0 of FCOIS.
