Is it possible to move the icons set dynamically based on how long the text before them is?
No!
Fixed offsets in the settings are there to move the icons on x and y axis. The text length cannot be determined.

Unfortunately the game just crashed then and I didn't get any debug messages. Seems to be an endless loop or something like that.

I've been having the same exact problem with the game crashing, and just as people described it happens shortly after initiating combat. In some cases the game crashes immediately after loading into the world. The crash has no warning or report, it just closes straight to the desktop.

Seems as if they have managed to move the bagId into a table because of the normal bank bagId and the
ESO+ subscriber bank bagId (or something like that).
Will report it to the library owner of libFilters, maybe it helps (or he knows already).
I think they changed the way they manage the bank bag Id...

Multiple windows is not supported, no. Maybe other chat addons are able to do so.
And if I remember correctly the adoon pc hat will let addons do messages to the system chat only. At least my messages of addons are all shown in the chat tab where I've enabled the system option.
