If I mark an item to be sold at the guild store, I have to unmark it before I can list it. This also happens when I mark an item for research. In order to actually select it for research, I have to unmark it. The annoying thing, especially at the guild store, is that I have the filter turned on to only show items marked for selling....

Any screenshot of the error that you noticed possible? I'm not able to reproduce this so far.
There's an issue in the guild store when using the Sell tab when you have Advanced Filters running.
The two sets of filtering to show items to sell start overlapping and makes it extremely difficult to narrow the list.

This is normal... You cannot send stuff to your own characters or account! You have a bank for this :D
Send the stuff to a friend or someone who will return it to you, that's how this addon is intended to work.
