Sure, this always happens if one jumps between the scenes or opens the mail scene e.g. directly from a bank scene etc.
The game sometimes needs "a moment" to register all addons to the new scene/fragment/controls and ths these mall-anchored/shown stuff appears.

why at the first place it was needed?
to change all addons to work with standalone, not built in, libraries?
it alot more complicated and i bet 90% of users now have not worked addons and dont know how to fix
because Minion do not provide simple way to install them:mad:

As to your shard count problem, 423/3 = 141. If we subtract 2 shards from it, you would have a single shard leftover and not usable, so the count really is 423. You have 8...
