i figured out if i learn all traits/runes before doing writs, it helps to decrease unneccessary crafts
but still per 60 ench writs 1-3 glyphs left to decon means addon crafted them twice

if i sent mail R+E when looking at craft bags
and didnt move the mouse, after mail is sent,
