Yes, it is. You'll need to go into the settings and turn on the Right Click to Craft setting. Alternatively, I would suggest using Writ Worthy.

In theory it would be possible but too complex and not performant (each item needs to be checked twice, in addition to the current checks already).
I won't implement this as it might lag all inventories.
I could try to enable unique itemId (check the settings menu, first sub menu where the language is chosen as well) for writs...

Actually, I was just able to reproduce the error. The issue is due to worn items now being available for improvement in HotR, but worn items are handled a bit differently internally. I didn't get the error at firs...
