I'm not sure about tint issue, will have a look at it later today, as for pin range filtering - it is not intended to be used that way. I would reccomend disabling it. Try switching to wheel mode and see if it fixes the "visibility" issue of these pins, then let me know.

Minimap Quest Giver Pin / Destinations Tint Problem

So I've had this problem with the color of the quest giver PIN from the Destination addon to minimap when I'm in Stormhold (it seems to be working correctly when I'm outside).
As you can see in the following picture the color of the quest markers (incl. border pins) are green - which is my main storyline quest color in D...
