I installed this via Minion and it shows checked in the games addon section but it doesnt seem to actually work. (no new UI windows etc)
I have gamepad enabled in the gameplay settings.
When I open inventory it looks like the normal gamepad inventory view. Same with other windows that should be modified.
I'm on PC/NA if that...

open PadUI.lua
and add PadUI/media/pad_blank.dds in line 64, 65, 69, 70, 78, 79

No need gamepad beta turned on. Try full restart ur game.
