I have not be able to move player buffs/debuffs while I have "Enable Frames" set to off. I can move all the others but not these (the ones I want to move).
Thanks for a great tool!
Any update on this?
Wondering about this too. I only use the buffs part of the addon, but they obscure part of the default target bar.
