After much testing I found this addon is the culprit. What happens is if I teleport to another player, and try to immediately use the wayshrine I get to again, the interface is disrupted somehow and no longer uses the wayshrine.
It is an information panel. It does nothing with teleportation function.

First of all: You can select error message and copy it as a text.
It is not a MapPins error message. Try to disable LibCustomMenu library.

Not placing cause the main goal it is chests.

I noticed that the addon tracks the locations of chests and thieves troves that you discover, but only the chests that you find actually show up on the map, I took a look at the source code of the addon and added these sections of code so you can see the thieves troves you find on the map.

My normal map just disapears when I press 'M' is see beam me up but no map and I can not leave the 'map menü' without a reloade.
Check for "quest helper" addons.
