1. Buy a new account.
2. Post your bug on official forum (do not say about addons, post your report about "active combat tips",- the same in game function) and... be prepared to stay with the bugged characters forever.

It shows at the passives panel (at the bottom right corner of the screen) from the last update.
You can bring all buffs to the center of the screen using this setting:
Settings>Bandits UI>Buffs>Passives>On one panel

As of today, no scroll buffs are displayed to me. Buff food without a problem. Learn scroll is not displayed under Buffs. I only see this when I invoke "C".
Know nothing about scrolls...
Any chance of updating the new carve duration on the skill bar?
Already prompted. I'll check what can be wrong with this skill.

here is a patch for the daily pledges, with the two new dungeons and the shift adjusted. I fixed the Umlaut in the german label for Red Petal Bastion as well.

Carve ability timer is no longer working with both the precise mode on and off, will show the default 12 seconds for a second or so then it will dissapear, timer works fine if it does not hit a target though.

I cant find option how to disable fps\ping frame. I try turn off it ingame options, but it didnt help, they doesnt hide.
Idk: Settings>Interface>fps/ping works fine.
Btw: This addon only works with fps/ping enabled.
