I opened and closed the station a few times after things didn't happen, then manually made it and it registered as completed. The bug in the recent update should be fixed now.
Getting the same, some caveats:
A WORKAROUND!
1) Don't visit the enchanting station first when doing daily writs. Visit it last! (This assumes you are pulling food/drink and potions from the bank... no idea if those are affected here.)

The delay is not a bug, and is in fact a new feature. The add-on will not open containers while your cursor is pointed at a writ turn in spot, and there's a two second period after a quest complete where it waits regardless of that.

The line which does so is pChars ~= nil) and pChars or oTitle
While pChars has a value for @Phinix_ESO, it does not have values for any other display names.

In that case, it looks like minion didn't install the addon for you properly. If you update again it should be fine.

Hello, there's actually a way for addons to force a barswap, allowing them to change skills on both bars.
If the addon unequips the weapons and/or shield on the current bar, the game will automatically swap bars.
