 Bounty Bar Resets position/ Controller issues

Hey. I use keyboard and mouse for most of my play, but sometimes use a controller instead.
I noticed that if I switch from controller to KB/Mouse a lot of settings move to new positions/reset.
I changed my UI how I wanted it w/ controller in use, and then had the bounty bar (for example) on the bottom right of the screen. When...
