Performance hitching after update

Hi there, I logged on today and noticed I was having some weird hitching issues whenever I turned. I disabled all of my addons and went through enabling/reloading UI/testing and the hitching happened whenever I re-enabled ESOhead and ESOHead Markers.

Bad performance

I love having a minimap, but I notice when I have it enabled, I get weird hitching when I turn my character quickly. It seems to have to do with the minimap updating. I think it has to do with the minimap trying to update what direction I'm facing. Maybe give an option to disable direction and just display map with quest icons? ed...
